What i think this statement means is that the best recitation that you can do is be a good person.if you are a good person you will be happy.in order to recreate yourself you must do good things. You can do many activities to recreate yourself and feel better and more energetic.you can help out. You can just be kind to there's just friendly acts like this can help recreate yourself.Recreation is when you do something that you enjoy during your free time.It also means that doing good during your free time is the best recreation there is. An example of a recreation is someone who plays sport. The person is playing sports during his/her free time and it's something they enjoy. Another example is someone who goes hiking. The person both enjoys it and does it on his/her free time. Overall I agree with what this quote has to say. The best recreation is doing good because it makes you feel good about what you did and it also makes the other person feel good about your actions.this is what i think william penn means.
