class evaluation

what i like about this class it that we learn different things every day. Also i like that we are able to practice our typing skills.and i know that these are skills that i will use on the long run.

 somethings that i don't like about this class is that we are not able to talk with each other for most of the class. and therefore we feel uncomfortable with talking to each other when it comes to the"activities" the teacher makes us do. (when he plays music and we walk around the room)

 in my opinion i think the class needs to be a bit more creative.

 a highlight of this class was that we got to research careers and learn type in a way that involves more that two fingers.

i think this class is not really that hard so i really didn't have to try that mush but overall i always try to put my all into passing that class. 

i try my best to read and write in them as much as possible but it is a but hard because i have trouble thinking of "goals".

 and yes i am committing to being a CTR person because i believe its the best thing to do. when you are a CTR person you always  make good choices and you have zero problems and that is why i will be a CTR person.

In my understanding this means that we should not lie because it will only change the way you are. This will also change the way others look at you. A simple lie can lead to many more lies and that is never right. Because it is better to tell the truth to someone than for you to lie to them. Plus telling the truth is always a good thing no matter what the subject is. When you tell the truth you are not only showing honesty but you are also minusing the possibility of hurting someone's feeling. also when one lies it makes you look like a really bad person. it also makes you someone you can no longer trust. and this is a bad thing because it can damage the way your relationship with your family, friends, and boyfriend or girlfriend may be. they will no longer be able to trust you and they will not see you the same.

What this quote means is that you need to always do the right thing. This is a very good quote because it tells us that we should always think about what we are doing. By thinking twice we will be better people and will be able to control ourselves when it comes to doing what is right. This quote can also refer to when we are put in a situation that requires for us to lie about  something or to tell the truth. We will look at this quote and know that the obvious answer to that problem would be to tell the truth even if it will hurt the other person because you never know where lying can get you. Also when you are at home and you know you have to do homework but your favorite show is on you need to do whats right so that you can pass your classes. Another example would be  when you know you need to clean your room but keep procrastinating on it. You need to do what's right and clean it because it is your responsibility.this is why i think this is a very good quote.

What i think this means is that if you are able to follow or do these things there is nothing that can prevent you from doing your best. These are things that are not really that hard to do. So there should be no real  reason for one to fail on completing them. When you are able to have others trust in you it names your name on hundred times better and in gives other a good impression of you and who you are as a person. This is really good for you because it makes you feel good about yourself. Also when you are committed to do your best you will have no excuse for failing. Whether it's in school or on the streets when one is committed to something there is no backing out. This also helps you by demonstrating that you are able to  set and get an goal you have. And last when you treat others fairly and nice you are most likely going to receive the same from them. So we need to be kind to one another and treat each other with respect.

Teenagers have many problems that they have to go through are

Self-Esteem and Body Image, Stress, Bullying, Depression, cyber Addiction, Drinking and Smoking, Teen Pregnancy, Underage Sex, Child Abuse, Peer-Pressure, and Competition Eating Disorders.

The challenges i am going through are low self esteem body image and stress over school and college.

What is the greatest need that teens have?

The top things us teens need is

• To be trusted

When we are trusted it allows us to be able to do stuff for ourselves and not have our parents there to hold our hands.

• To be heard

Our voices count and we have a lot to say when it comes to a problem we don't want to be silenced. Which is something we all go through because to adults we will always be small and not as wise as them. Which in a way might be true but most of us are not as dumb as they think of us. Just because we are teenagers does not mean our voices do not count.

• To be safe

We want to feel safe in our own skin. When we walk outside we don't want to be judged for who we are or for how we look.  And sadly that's what society lives by, for example if  someone sees one of their peers or neighbors with tattoos then are most likely to judge them for CTW when in reality they might not even know the story behind those tattoos. Plus it's the other person's life after all why judge them?”don't judge if you don't want to be judged “

What i think this quote is telling us is that fitness is not only for your body’s physical but it also has to do with how we are able to use our minds. If we are healthy we will be able to use our minds in a more moderate way and that is a good thing. It will not only help us in school but it also helps at work and in many other ways. I think this is a good quote because it makes us think and makes us reflect on it. An example of this is doing exercise to help your physical or to exercise your brain by reading a book or newspaper. A way that negatively reacts to this quote is to not be active and be lazy.i think this is a really good quote and i know that it made me reflect on what i do everyday.

Reflection:

This is a very interesting career but yet i would not like to be this when i graduate from high school.one reasson is because it sounds quiet doll and i dont like that .i wont be able to do as many things as i am capable of and i dont like that.

What i think Wirthlin means by this is that when you are kind to others it makes you a better person. This means in general you will feel great and you will be seen as a great person. An example of this act would be if you see that someone lost something you should give it back instead of taking it. This will make you a better person and will identify what others say about you.being kind will make you a better person at heart because you will feel good about what you do. You will feel proud of yourself and that is always a really good thing this will make you superior to those who are not kind because you are able to say you did something good in life and they won't be.this is what Wirthlin ment by his quote.

                                             Thanksgiving week

On my week off from school i did many things. One of the things i did was go to the beach at night. This is one of my most favorite things to do because it gives me a break from all negativity and  i simply get to relax. Another thing i did was go to my father's barn to visit my horses. I really enjoyed this because i love riding my horses and just spending time with them. Then i went to my aunt's house and had dinner with them. we ended up sleeping over since they live all the way in azusa. the next morning i went to the mall with my boyfriend which was super funny. then on thanksgiving day me and my mom baked cupcakes and made many other foods. the rest of my week i was so stressed and i had to finish a lot of homework .Most of my homework was essays and math .i had to complete four essays and about eight math quizzes and they each had about 30-40 math problems. it was absolutely boring so i decided to spend my weekend watching Harry Potter movies with my siblings.

What this quote mean to me is that if something is not true why lie? If you know that what you are saying is not true then why even say it? It can get you or someone else into trouble. For example if you make a rumor about someone. And that rumor spreads then you can get them in to many problems depending on the lie. There is consequences to every lie. Another thing that this quote is trying to say is that when you do something that is not right yet you do it you will most likely get into trouble. So in order to not do this we should do what is right and do not lie. Always choose the right.

Thanksgiving day

In September 1620, a small ship called the Mayflower left Plymouth, England. This ship carried 102 people and they were looking for a new place to settle in because they wanted to freely practice their religion and others just wanted to own land in the place they called “The New World”.When Mayflower crosses massachusetts bay the pilgrims began to make that land their own village. What i think this is trying to tell us is that the price is worth nothing if you are doing what's right.

For example if you are in a race and you are in the lead, but you see someone get hurt,you should stop and help that person out even if it means losing the race. This will make you a better person and it will change the way that others see you. This does not only make you feel good but you are also doing a good deed to one of your peers.  This quote is also telling us that honesty is one of the best things we can practice in our daily lives. When you are doing something and you messed up it’s your responsibility to be honest and tell the truth. No matter the consequence honesty is the best thing you can be.

What i think this means is that there is no better thing to do than to be honest. Also i think that honesty is really important because when you are honest it makes you a better person and it makes others trust you more. An example of dishonesty would be when you lie knowing that you might get yourself in trouble. In my opinion i think that one should always be honest no matter the consequences. What i think this is trying to tell us is that if someone is trying to lead you into something that you know will get you in trouble then be confident and tell them you will not be a part of the act. For example if someone were to offer you a cigarette then you should be able to tell them you do not want to smoke. What i think this statement means is that the best recitation that you can do is be a good person.if you are a good person you will be happy.in order to recreate yourself you must do good things. You should always think about what your goals are and what activities you want to do at the moment and you will sere that your grade is way more important. You can always text your friends after you are done with your responsibilities. Another example for this quote would be when you are at school. If you know you may only make up an important quiz after school but you really want to go hang out with your friends you have to think about your education and where your grades will led you to. Your future is more important than your friendship. If “your friends” are really your friends then they will do nothing but understand that the reason you are not “kicking it with them” is because you have you focus on your education and keep your grades up. When you do this you will not only make you happy but it will also make your parents happy.
